This journey began by taking the torch from Yamakoshi Village, where the first “Local DAO” was born. Since then, Shiiba has taken many big steps forward. From winning the Digital Resident Election to being selected for a national government program, every step has led us to this moment. After the success of our recent tour in the village, we are finally ready to share this collection with the world.
This project was made possible through an incredible partnership with artist Hiroyuki Hori. Together, we have transformed ancient Kagura traditions into a completely new form of expression.
By using eight cameras to capture the ritual from every angle, we have created something truly dynamic and immersive. You can now experience the “heartbeat” of this hidden village through a unique digital lens.
This NFT is the result of our challenge to connect tradition to the next generation. We invite you to be a part of it.
